Road Glide. Already got 331 miles on it since yesterday starting at 2:00. Man this thing is a different animal for sure and the ride is so comfy. Thanks for the input Friday guys and yes as one poster stated, I am as happy as a fly on chit.
Congrats on the new ride. Lots of miles for one 1/2 day. I picked up a RK in jan and have 0 miles to date. Snowing again today so maybe another 3 weeks for me.
Well my garden is planted, azaleas bloomed over a month ago, pear trees are looking good and it's 83 degrees and sunny, sorry Gilmb but I had to tell ya.
I should be right with you as I just traded my '13 Fat Bob for a '13 Road King. I've had it enough to begin to really appreciate the better ride...but there was a crossed wire from the factory and it took a while to find the problem. By Tues afternoon I should have my bike and I'll definitely be putting some miles on it. I'm thinking of lots of possible trips.
Welcome to the RGSS (Road Glide Secret Society). I've had mine since '08, put 5 years of hard miles on it, rain snow sleet and hail. Well, plus 10's of thousands of kilometers of great riding.
I think some of the models like the Fat Bob are good for people who like to paint them up nice and show them off at the bars. But for those of us that like to put on serious miles, the RG is the answer.
Thanks for all the greetings! Glad to be a part of the family finally. Better late than never 😎😎😎 Definitely looking to pack on some miles this spring/summer

Damn that's awesome. You're the spitting image of a real rider for sure. Especially riding through winter weather, I rode mine in 45 degree weather and froze my *** off 😂😂😂
