Passenger Intercom Stereo Volume
I installed a quick detach tour pack kit on my 08 Ultra Classic. Would like to use rider to passenger intercom and listen to the tunes thro the headsets without the tour pack being on. Is there anyway to control or install a volume control for the passengers headset?

Take a look at the install instructions and parts lists there for the HD accessory 77108-09A. It includes a separately mounted passenger headset connection. And passenger PTT and volume control. HD also offers a similar device for '09 and newer Ultras for use with a detachable tour pak.
