I'm not sure on the part number - wasn't able to locate on the Harley website, but this is the harness that the passenger uses, and connects up to overlay harness.
The picture shows the "Passenger headset wire harness" and is p/n 76454-06. You would still need a passenger PTT/volume switch and a mode select switch to replicate what's on an Ultra for the rear passenger.
