the bolts are behind the exhaust so it is kinda a bear to get to. i took an allen wrench and cut the short side down to just over 1/4'' so i can reach it without taking the exhaust loose. course, that means i can't torque it to the proper setting, so i just use german specs: good-n-tite

Is it a coincidence I never had as much as a hiccup with this bike before the recent work was done. Could the slip ons have caused this problem? What do you guys think?
Take it back to the shop. They caused the problem, they should have to fix it and fix it correctly.

I think I have the same issue. I took it in the dealer today and the service writer pointed out the transmission cover and there was buildup there. Also the oil that was dripping was brand new. Hopefully it is a minor issue.

I changed all of the bolt o-rings twice and tightened them up and still got a leak.
