One bolt through the bottom of the mount arm, put all the pieces together and set on a shelf all you have left is the pivot point and it is black, tucked in behind the seat.

 

Good point, Now I realize why I spent so much of My time off road. I always thought I was just lucky.

 

I've got communication between us - but - especially on the return trip late at night, when things get quiet! She isn't locked in by any meens but it's one more layer of safety so I don't check out the mirrors some time to see an empty seat behind me!
