Default Need help! lowered front end problems

I had an Arlen Ness front end lowering kit installed on my 2013 streetglide and now it feels like I have no shocks the smallest bumps feel like I have a flat tire. Any suggestions I had this installed in Tennessee and now I live in PCB and I cannot take the bike back to have it fixed. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I had it lowered to make it level after installing a "21 front wheel.

If you want to fix the ride quality, you'll have to tear it apart and start over...

with a lowering kit- ALL the suspension has to happen in less distance and in less time- so usually stronger springs are installed.

so the "cushion" becomes a jounce.

also your new front tire may have less sidewall, which makes for harder ride- the sidewall absorbs some bumps itself.

and finally your new wheel, tire and brake rotors may be heavier than the old set up- more weight which is "unsprung" makes for a harsh ride

a replacement spring should be "progressive wound" which means that the spring will first compress lightly, then harder the more it is compressed
