Perch mounts look like bug antennas to me.
Stock fairing mirrors are plastic and look mickey mouse shaped and really need to go out a bit further on the fairing to be effective as far as I'm concerned.
I went with Wicked Image Fast Lane Mirrors.
They are heavy duty chrome, or come in black or black and chrome.
Fairing mirrors are good for looks but that is all they are good for. It is a well known fact that they vibrate and your vision or ability to see what is behind you is not as good as bar mounted mirrors. If I had to say there is one thing that I don't like about the SG, it would be the fairing mounted mirrors.
But hey, they look good on the fairing and that counts most of the time.
