KST Kustoms OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Im very please to say Kst Kustoms Really took care of me.My installer knocked his price down and Kst Kustoms took care of it.They are sending me new bars and a check to take care of the labor to swap the bars out.I just want to say Thank You.

Heres My Original post OK i purchases a set of bars and had them installed on my bike.My guy charged me 500.00 to do the install .The bars are defective.Theres a 1/2 inch gap from my master cylinder(1in bar) to where the bars step up to 1 1/4 so it looks like ***.Theres no gap on the other side.I called the company and they said that due to a change in the manufacture process some bars were made wrong and immediately offered to send me a new set of bars.Which was great my problem is that my guy is not going to install them for free.So i asked them what about the 500.00 for the install and the owner is suppose to call me to discuss this matter.Is it wrong of me to ask them to pay that?
