The Dunlop 407s that were the initial tire for the frame change in 09 had a serious cupping issue. I am pretty sure they were replacing the tires under warrenty at the time. So the direction of the tread was changed and they are now 408s. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. But thats close to the way it went.
My Dumlap 408 wore great, only got 13,000 of of it but that was my fault...
Replaced it with the Michelin Commander II. Front 402 is still going strong, nice even wear, maybe causa using Ride On . Gotta Avon Venom waiting in the basement.
Not only correct air pressure but good quality shocks make a difference, love my Ricors 13".
