Default LRS... Wow!!

Received my LRS 7" Ultra Dark Tint today. Put it on and took a test ride. WOW! Everything I've heard about these shields is spot on. It does a really nice job of directing the wind over the top of my helmet. I'm also glad I went with the 7" instead of the 8". At 5'11", the 8" would have been too tall. Thanks to James a LRS for all of the help! I highly recommend doing business with this forum sponsor.

Thanks for sharing. I am 5'11" as well and was interested in a new windshield with some recurve to see how well it works. Ill give LRS a shout and see about maybe giving them a try.

I'm 6'3" and am looking for a new windshield just trying to see what others my size think about the LRS's and what size I should get. Don't want to have to buy a bunch of shields before I get one that works.

I highly recommend watching the video on their website about how to measure a shield. It's well worth the watch.

I put the Ultra 9" on a couple of weeks ago in med tint. I am 6' and it hits just under my nose. I find it perfect for me and may have been able to go with the 8" but thought a bit tall is better than a bit short. The med tint is also perfect, a little dardker than I expected and that was a good thing. Ordered it and it was at my door in less than 2 days. At the price I figured it was worth a chance and it turned out very well. Highly recommend LRS

I probably could have gotten away with the med tint.

I'm 6" but very "long waisted". Pants have 29" inseam. I had the 8" Ultra but went to the 9" and it is perfect. I would think the 9" would work for you.

I've been very pleased with my LRS as well! It's a great quality product that works as advertised!

mounted up my 20" Road King medium tint shield tonight.. driving in to work tomorrow and will get a pic in daylight of its looks, and also will provide some feedback.. this shield is about 1 inch shorter than the Memphis shades I had on there.... but with the new Air Zepplin seat I put on a few weeks ago, I was starting to get a little head buffeting.. I am looking just over the top of this shield (right at nose level basically) so am hoping the air behind the shield is nice and calm...
