Default Progressive 440 set up question

Anyone with 440's have a rough starting point on setting the preload for 200 lb solo rider?
I am trying to set these up tonight until I can get someone to help me measure the sag properly tomorrow

Got them on both bikes. Excellent shocks and lifetime warranty!! I blew the cartridge on one of the shocks on my Roadking. Had 50K on it. I sent them both in and they sent me 2 brand new shock!

Start out with 2 full turns clockwise. Use paint and color in one of the dimples in the top spring housing/adjuster. After that, go in 1/2 increment turns either way. I'm at 220 and 2 up most of the time, so I'm at 3 full turns clockwise (down).

I weigh about 210 and ride solo.

I have the 440's with standard springs.

I did a few hundred miles at 1 1/2 turns, then 1 turn then 1/2 turn...now I'm at 0 turns.

I like the 0 setting....when I head out on a road trip with my gear I'll probably set them at 1 turn.

I marked 1 dimple with red then a second dimple at 180* with silver.

Mine are at the first line. Had some bottoming with no preload. I'm about 215 now. Pretty good bang for the buck.

I made a typo, I have the 444's.
Started at 2 turns and way too stiff.
I have it at 1 now and it seems good.
I'm 200 lbs and these are standard weight springs, how would a light weight guy even be able to use these?
