I have no idea if this is guy is shutting down his shop or not. But, somebody said earlier that he told them he was having "problems" with the MOCO. That could very well be because he does use the name "Harley" in his business name (Harley Goodies). I can see where the MOCO would likely tie him up in a neat bow and sue the hell out of him for using the Harley name. That would probably be copy right infringement in the first degree. I am surprised they let him get by with it this long. I remember when he first started his business a few years back. Made good products too. Maybe too good.
Weird. I just got a set of floor board extensions from them a couple of weeks ago. Delivered within a few days.
If the MOCO is on his butt just change the name to Hog Goodies some other name and move on. They have always been easy to do business with and had good products. Hate to see this happen.
Sorry to hear that Harley Goodies is having Mo Co issues. The lawyers if that's the issue, can make it miserable on the small business man. I'm sure Tom will pull through. He has a good product and seems like a good guy. I was going to give him a shout as I'm using his current 3/4" extensions and they are great. However, I changed to an air cleaner that requires a little more. 1.25" maybe. Does anybody know who might manufacture an extension with a little more width? I know they are out there, as I've seen them. Just cannot remember where. Thanks
I jsut ordered extensions on-line a few days ago. Got them last Friday. No issues at all for me. Put them on yesterday. By the way, they work great. Get my legs out a bit especially the right one away from the heat. I still have the cat in the pipe.
I know this might sound dumb but did you check your spam filters? You said he was going to email you, maybe it came through as spam and was blocked?
Just trying to help, I got my shield from Tom last year and it is a real nice piece. Hope he's still around.
