I know this might sound dumb but did you check your spam filters? You said he was going to email you, maybe it came through as spam and was blocked?
Just trying to help, I got my shield from Tom last year and it is a real nice piece. Hope he's still around.
John
I check behind the spam-curtain every day....nothing
from Tom at Harley Goodies.
Yeah I know !!!!!
Tom told me he would send me an email with his PayPal info....
After not receiving an email, I thought maybe he misunderstood
my email address. So I sent an email to him, not once but twice.
Haven't even received a reply stating a miscommunication
on the phone, and he's having legality issues....
Are his heat shields listed on the web page ?? That's what I want to buy,
nothing else !!!! I am not / was not able to locate them on there.
To purchase the heat shields he has to send his PayPal info to me.....
so I can in turn send him a payment via PayPal.
It's come to the point that Harley Goodies ain't worth my time, and I will
let everyone know how shoddy his customer service is.
Its ok if you decide to move on, but before smearing his otherwise good name and past top notch customer service to others, why not give it a little time to see why this has occurred? Could be Mother Harley it could be a health issue? He is a small business, anything could have happened. It doesn't make sense from his past that he would just now start dropping the ball without good reason. Just my .02...

Sorry...Should have been more specific...I ordered the floorboard extentions. I was just commenting in regards to they still are selling items and someone is packaging and shipping items. Plan to install extensions tonight.

2 work days to send an email for a piece I want to purchase from him ??
I'm not asking to have an order boxed and drop shipped....
If Tom is having health / personal issues or problems with Mother Harley,
I will be the first to publicly apologize on this forum.
Not everybody strikes gold with their first attempt to purchase
from your favorite vendors.....I'm sure other orders have been filled and shipped since last Friday 8AM his time.
