headlight doesnt always come on
my headlight on my 2011 ultra does not come on some of the time when turning on ignition then it will come on, at least for now. any one having this problem or know any information

I had that problem with mine and it turned out to be a bad bulb. One of the rivets holding the spade terminal strap into the bulb housing was loose causing an intermittent connection. It was the original bulb with about 6K miles on the bike, but a new bulb fixed it. Easy to check - if you can wiggle the spade terminals on your bulb, this is probably your issue too.

On my '07 FLHX, the plastic plug had one lead melted due to an incomplete connection. I cut the plastic POS off and replaced it with a ceramic plug. I believe it cost $5 for two. No problems since.
