How to adjust motor mount ( front)
Ok. 12 street glide with 2600 miles. Just did 117" build to her over the winter. Putting engine back in I can not get front mounts to line up with the indicators like shown in the manual. It says to adjust but it don't tell you how. The center of my snubber is way higher than the two indicators and I see know way to adjust it besides putting a 60 lb weight on the front of the motor lol. The mounts are all installed correctly with tabs and that lined up with notches and I installed loosely and tightened just as manual says what gives? This could be the vibration in the gloor boards iI had last year. I looked at other bikes at the dealer and they are all lined up maybe slightly higher than the indicators. Are my mounts shot? They looked good and have very low miles on them
