Installed Cams, won't run now??
Bike is a 2011 EG limited 103". Got the Woods 222 cams and Dynojet Power Vision from fuel moto. Also pulled cylinders and heads as piston were badly built up with carbon. Put it all back together, didn't have any issues, took my time. Tried to start bike and no start. Check compression and guage says about 240 per cylinder, but guage reads about 50 just sitting there so not sure of actual number. Have a good spark after figuring out you need plugs in the heads to check spark. Seems like a fuel issue as that the only thing left. I did have the tank off, but everything seemed to go back together fine. I have not installed the power vision as I wanted to run the bike, then install that, so ECM mapping hasn't changed. Any suggestions??

Recheck the fuel line connections. I had my tank off over the winter and it would not start after I got it back together. Fuel line was not connected to the fuel tank.

If the tank is connected fine, listen for the fuel pump to build pressure. Not that anything you did should affect that. Just a thought.

Went out to the garage and unhooked the fuel line from the tank and reconnected it. Tried to start and nothing. Pulled the plugs and put a little gas in the jug. It fired right up so fuel is the issue. Pump runs but doesn't sound like its building pressure, if I remember right. Any more ideas? Had the intake manifold off but didn't disassemble anything. Have to revisit tomorrow.
