I have been thinking about using the aux switch to power the stereo and the 12v outlet on my Reckless Fairing on my RKC. The instructions said to connect to the ignition, but I don't like to always have that on when just messing around with my bike parked somewhere.
Fairing is mostly for cold weather rides, it will come off very soon and the 'King will be back to the windshield. I plan to make this power change sometime before the Fairing goes back on, around late fall.
The connector has two sides one hot all the time one hot when switch is on.
The hot all the time side runs my fisca light and spoiler lights. The switch side runs the Big Sky oil cooler fans. Lenale is hooked direct.
