If you include the Triglide in all the 2011 bikes then no. The Triglide does not come with ABS and it is not an option either.

And in 2011, the Power Pack ($1,195) option came with 103 engine, ABS, and Security.
ABS Brake option "required" either the Power Pack option, or the Security option.
If the bike has the factory 103 engine, then it also came with ABS and Security.
But you could get the ABS and Security options without the 103 engine.

You have the police version of the Road King which does not come with any of those options.
I have the FLHTP and it does not have any of those options either.
I'm sure they can all be added though, for a price.
