Hard Start with 255 cams

Ok maybe I should have been more clear, for those that are not familiar with front and backs of engines, whether they are vertical or horizontal, T drive or V drive, the output side of an engine is considered the back or flywheel side, just like the compensator is. Jesus Crist!

compensator is going to take dump I had same issue but I have 103" and 255, changing to SE one and heavy duty starter took care of it . It would been better to have ACR but that's for next time motor gets taken apart.On my wife's 08 UC I put 103" cams and ACR at the same time so far no need for compesator and it starts really good all the times.
