I tried doing a search but couldn't find what I was looking for.
I will be installing the HD pullback handlebars for my 13 SG. After reading I found that I don't need any cable/wire changes with these bars but I will probably need to reroute the clutch cable.
I haven't opened up the fairing yet to look around so this is just pre-gaming here but does anyone have any pictures or suggestions on how/where to reroute the clutch cable?
See if anyone in your area has these bars on your bike before you pull the trigger and drop the cash. I recently did and I do not like them. They are very uncomfortable. Probably going back to stock next week.

I've had them on my last two bikes and even went back with after a accident and I could have chose any bar I wanted. With that said everyone is different in what they like. If Mortified is pulling his off then you may get a deal on his.
TN is absolutely right! These might fit you perfectly fine. I have some disc issues in my back and the angle of these make it flair up. Try to see if anyone in your area has a set just to check and see if you like them.
Thanks for the replies. I already ordered the bars, just waiting for them to come in from the dealer.
I did try out the mini apes that HD have and they were pretty nice. The reason I went with the pullback was because I'm on a limited budget and couldn't afford all the extra wiring that was needed. I am also going on a 800 mile trip soon so I wanted it done before I left.

Sleek I think you will like the bars but the re-routing of the clutch cable may work but it makes it tight. I did that on my 06 model and broke 1 cable. If you could afford $80 I'd buy the extended cable, it will be worth it in the long run, I did.
I used those bars for awhile on my 11 SG. The clutch cable reroute is no big deal. All you are doing with it is dropping it down and out of the fairing then coming back up in and behind some stuff. You will see it when you get your fairing apart. And don't be concerned about wiring extensions. You can go a lot taller and a lot more pull back before you need extensions.
I just installed KhromeWerks 12" Fat Apes and they have a lot of pullback. I rerouted the wiring to inside the bars and still had plenty of room. Did go longer on the clutch and brake though.
