Default Reflash power commander?
Got a USB PCIIIex, would like to flash it to a standard USB PCIII.. possible? I don't live in CA and would like to have the bottom range unlocked.

Don't know of too many people still running the PCIII and that may be why your not gettin any answers. If you had the PCV I could help you, but sorry I cannot.

I think you're out of luck on that one. My buddy bought a PCIII from ebay and it turned out to be an EX. He couldn't send it back and he couldn't sell it because it was an EX. I think it's still in one of his closets somewhere.
