So every once in a while my '11 eglide classic will either idle up to around 1200rpm and some times drops below 1000rpm and doesn't run well, having to throttle high to go in first gear. Again, this does not happen very often, but enough to make me go "hmmm!!!"

So tonight at a stop light the motor idled low enough to stall when trying to take off. Re-started, revved up and go. Problem was when shifting to 2nd gear the engine began to rev really high and got stuck at 3000rpm, luckily I was able to coast into a parking lot.
