I don't understand this, one person says you have to change clutch cable the other says you don't.... how can you order anything with that advice. confused.
If you want the cable routed the same as stock then a +4 works great on the clutch.
With a little work at rerouting it you can get by with the stock cable.
I was just talking to customer service at Wild1 and the guy told me that you need a longer clutch cable(4 over) for the WO575 bars.
I am confused, one person says you do, another says you don't.
Put these on my Ultra. The clutch cable would was not long enough to go back through the hole in the fairing so I am running it outside. It looks okay but when a new cable is needed I will go +4. All the other stuff was fine.
I just put WO575 on my 09 Ultra and changed the clutch cable just because I wanted it run same as stock around the radio. Really did not need to change anything. Wish I would have done it years ago, what as difference a few inches makes. HA-Ha
Mine still comes out the hole in the fairing, just had to reroute it inside the fairing and move were it mounted to the frame a little.
Guys thanks for all the info, just a few more ?'s, when you rerouted, did you have to let the clutch cable go from the clutch handle? or can you reroute without leting it go. I'm a little tentative about having to re adjust cable.
I priced the WO575 from Parts Canada..$288 +tx. Is that a fair price here in Canada.

Your going to have to loosen the the clutch and and unhook it from the lever in order to reroute it. Its not a hard thing and something you should learn how to do in my opinion.
Honestly and not trying to be harsh but if your worried about adjusting the clutch I would conside having some one else install the bars. Going to be a lot more more difficult things involved in a bar swap.
That said I have done lots of things I was Leary of. Just make sure you have a manual and take your time and of course lots of people here to help.

I was just wondering if I had to let it go from the clutch lever, can i just get the slack in the adjuster by the down tube, without having to open up the primary and adjusting the clutch itself, or can i retighten the cable and be good to go.
