Default City horn

Horn does not work,What fuse powers it?I live wired it and it works looked at Man. No horn labeled fuse that I can see in it,Or did the switch chit the bed and if it did,Do you have to rip all the wiring from the switch all the way down or cut wiring and splice it in?I removed the tank and checked the wires under there all's well, took the handle bar switch apart that looks good,I'm at home fluke meter at the shop(might have to go and get it)wanted to check the basics.just bought the bike over winter did motor work,So I don't know if it worked before,The bike did not get washed yet this year,The bike is a 2009 ultra,15000 miles if that helps

you have a fluke...which means you are smart...so why don't you have the manual with wiring diagram(s) ?

take out the fuses and inspect..the 15 A acc fuse powers the horn

the horn switch gets power from org/wht wire which also powers the left turn signal...you have turn signal...and fender tip light ?

the power to the horn comes from the switch in a yel/black wire

a simple circuit, there is no relay or anything

I wonder if someone tried a bar swap and screwed up the left side.

start there.

once you get your fluke, you can check from the switch yel/blk to the horn for continuity

the factory manuals have great wiring diagrams.

looks cool...between the fluke and the trouble light I do ok.

I have about 5 flukes in between home and work, so always have one handy.

2 of them are md 88, with automotive functions, rpm, dwell etc.
