This is the dumbest thing I have ever read. They can have their group. I would never mingle with people like that.

Er. Ok. Although I happen to have a Redi tank and it sure don't look like Tupperware to me.

I'm not barking at you, I'm completely agreeing with you. Sorry, not my intention at all. Should have multiquoted or something I guess.

There. Fixed. What did you think I meant when I said "Really!"?

I feel less need for mine now that I have the 6 gallon tank, but on my EVO I did feel restrained in parts of the West. Used it a couple of times for buddies bikes, but on long 2 week trips I still bring it.

There are many more 'gas' stations now that stay open. It was only a few years ago that many of the best motorcycle routes had few stations and some of these were local farm stations, old equipment, odd hours, old gas. Nowadays it seems that every small rural town has a new Shell station and 'quickie' mart. Thank you Shell.

But when the three of us head out the backway to Sturgis this summer, 2 RK and a Softtail, I'll bring it. I also carry it when I head up to Northern Alberta. Just piece of mind. No issues with mine..yet, except for the cheesy pour spout.

Ya know I saw a bunch of these little red cans stacked up at the Harley stealership, and I thought, what a great place to carry my Crown...... I never once considered gas.
