Alright ladies and gents. I need a good cam for a 95" high compression motor. Right now I'm thinking about the SE211 cams but I'm getting ready to head to the dealership to order some parts with a nice discount and double dealership points (which really doesn't matter too much) but I want to make sure these cams will do the job. Everyone seems to have their own opinion or info. I just need some cams that are good for a bagger that's usually a solo rider and I want some low end torque. I'm not looking for much power at high RPM I don't need it.
Ss585 is a good one. Close specs to se211. 585 likes compression to get full effect. I've ran the 585 twice and been happy. But I wouldn't consider either of these cams low end tq

After my trip to the nearest dealership I'm considering just going with a T-man 98" package. The larger dealership is a T-man dealer so hopefully they can work with me and do the work at a reasonable price. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow morning and see what kind of cams they recommend. Their stage 2 kits are in the 110-120hp area for $2100 in parts. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
I just hate when a dealership flips open the catalog and reads word for word what it says about the product... or is on the wrong page for your bike. Both happened to me today.
