Don't waste your money buying a new CD; the 2013 CD doesn't show any maps for the 263E cams. I've been looking for over a year and have yet to find a base map for them.

I'm surprised you did not like the bottom end with the 260. I just removed the 266E cams from my 120r and went with them. You have to pay particular attention to the accel enrichment tables with the 260 cams to tune out the lower rpm area but it's always been a great performer without going to really high lift cams.

260 wasn't bad, just like to have it all, a broader hit would be great, was told the 263e was the cam for the stage 4. I've put about 600 miles on it, problem is I lost 5 mpg running same tune. 263e does hit a lil earlier, and crisper on bottom, mid lazy, top ok. I tried leaning the bottom alot, picked up 2 mpg, but it doesn't like lean, fattened it back up, and increased the v/e's some, just messing around at this point, searching for the sweet spot.Trying to find the time to get back to the same dyno I used with the 260 to see whats up, and compare. as it sits 260 cam 42-48 mpg, 263 38-41 mpg.

What is needed for the 263E cams is the front and rear spark advance tables. Messing with VE tables only gets you so far if you cannot burn off the fuel at the exact moment to compliment the cam profiles.

Agreed, you read my mind, I've looked through a few timing tables in the files, the 260 timing is quite solid as far as that, I have increased it 5 degrees on the bottom of the stage 4 map, in the low side, it's a lil much. next step I'm doing is shutting off the timing knock switch, and playing more with that, it's all trial and error, hopefully the neighbors don't get tired of my back and forth, riding with one saddlebag off.
