One, is a 2010 FLHTP Police bike. about 4k miles, looks a little rough around the edges but has the 103 and its the updated model.
Second, a 2008 FLHRC anniversary edition, looks super clean, awesome looking bike, but its the older model with 8k miles.
I'm having a hard time deciding between the two. Insurance is significantly more for the police bike. I could always add the 103 to the 08. Looking for opinions.
Can't tell you much without an approx price. What is "rough around the edges"...can it be fixed/replaced? Also, I maybe wrong, but wasn't there a significant frame change between the 2009 and 2010 models that many believe makes a huge difference? I know guys who sold their 2009 FLHX for a 2010 FLHX just because of the "new" frame (I think the RK and Police Bike sit on the same frame, so the difference in years is actually more significant than you may think).

Frame change was 09. 08 had larger tank, and a few things, but the big changes were in 09.
Cop bike may cost some $$$$ in seat, tunes, etc... depending on how far you take it candy wise.
"CopBike" will take some $$$ to dress up and make your own. they are a great blank canvas to make your own.
I've got two of them in the shop with me now. 02FLHPI and 09 FLHTP, few odds and ends and a custom paint job and they are one of a kind!
Here's a shot of my 09 FLHTP, custom paint this winter, 2 shows and a 1st and a 2nd place trophy, 2nd place was in American Stock Class against a 39 Indian w/sidhack fully restored.
