I would get it now. No reason to wait, MoCo won't make any changes for quite sometime and around here with the nasty weather the $tealer is making some pretty nice deals on 07s.

Well HOW IN THE HELL can it get any better than the 07 STREET GLIDE. Perfection has been achieved . The only thing that could get better is a Chrome Harley beer holder.
I am going to trade my 02 RKC for a Streetglide any reason I should wait for a 08.Besides March,April,May June and July.
hdcopp,
The reason that all these folks have told you to go ahead and get an '07, is because they know how pi$$ed they will be when the '08's come out and their '07's are "outdated."
Best approach is to get a new bike and trade it every year for the new model. Wish I could afford to do that --- but I hate all that time with the bike in the shop while some "highly trained HD Tech" does the recall work to fix the wonderful changes that were added that year.
My actual advice is to just pick out a bike you want to live with for at least 10 years, buy it, get it "debugged," and enjoy the ride. I won't matter what year the bike is.
I wouldn't wait. I'd get an 07 and rock it until the wheels fall off. I bet there will be no changes in 08 and all off the bugs SHOULD be out of the 07s now.
