Moved from a Fat Bob to my Street Glide, and I don't really miss the Fat Bob.
The Street Glide has so much more to offer, especially if you like to ride more than just tooling around town.
Be sure and get one with cruise control if your going to do any kind of highway riding.
This is fun (LOL), asking bagger riders to suggest a choice between a nonbagger or bagger. I being an impartial here, but GET A SG.

IMO you will find most bagger's upgraded from a softail, then the other way around, so it would make sense to ask for an opinion here. traded my 06 fatboy
for my SG 2 weeks ago and I haven't looked back...Night and day difference.

I don't want to curse myself but I just got back from the dealer and it looks like it's a go. A Black Electra Glide classic and I'll buy the quick mount kit for the tour pack and should be good to go! If they stick to the deal it's done.
Now that you have shot your wad......oh I mean pulled the trigger.......post some pics when it comes home. Oops I forgot to mention that I was in love with my SuperGlide until I rode my Road Glide Ultra. I have no remorse and I can always look at pics of the Dyna but I love my new ride more.
Get the StreetGlide! You will never look back my friend. You will wonder why in the world you waited so long to make the switch. I love my FXR2 but it rarely see the light of day outside the hogshed.
