Now that you have shot your wad......oh I mean pulled the trigger.......post some pics when it comes home. Oops I forgot to mention that I was in love with my SuperGlide until I rode my Road Glide Ultra. I have no remorse and I can always look at pics of the Dyna but I love my new ride more.
Now don't be telling him to go buy one of those fugly bikes. There isn't enough to go around and they're not making them next year. I for the life of me just can't figure out why someone would want one of those damn ugly things.
OP, Congrats on the new scoot. You'll love the difference.
I had the same problem back in 07 yellow super glide custom,
or custom colored road king classic, and you can see that I tried
to make a dyna out of my touring and I could not be happier.
Figures you would post pics right after posted my comments, lmao. Looks good man. Now get ready to part with some of that moldy money you keep in your wallet. Stay safe.
completely different beast than the Superglide..ideally both would be nice. The Superglide felt like a rocket compared to this but of course I am taking it easy so far. I no doubt see me riding tons more. Cruising at 70 will be effortless on this..it was a workout on the Superglide. The storage is great. Got caught in a bit of rain on the way back and though never fun it was hardly noticeable on my upper half. Ordered a pair of soft lowers at the suggestion of the salesman for $80.
All in all a much more practical bike for what I want.
Thanks again for all the advice. Gotta go ride now!!!
