Warm the reflector via the sun or hairdryer. lift up corner with a wooden toothpick. Get some fishing line (braided doesn't break) and wiggle the fishing line under the edge. then "saw" the fishing line along the back side of the reflector until your done and it pops off. The double sticky tape will come off with any good cleaner.....wd-40, lighter fluid etc. I have a black cherry SG and it is painted under the reflector so I just left it.
