I was riding my SERG around this weekend and it was high 90's. Had on hell of a time getting it into neutral at stop lights. I had the 40k service last month and the clutch lever feels good, but I am thinking that there may be too much slack. Any thoughts/tips? Thanks!
Is this new since the clutch adjustment? - May just need to re adjust.
Also, My bike started the hard to find clutch at the beginning of this season, and since my shift linkage broke. Now that I replaced it, it is easier to find neutral then ever before. (I have 50K on my EGC)
Might want to take a look at your linkage, I'm not sure how you can tell if it's ready to break though
Slop. Any free play in the shift linkage, or even a primary chain adjustment can cause this. It wouldn't hurt to throw some red line heavy shockproof in the tranny too
