Absolutely worth it. Easy install on an '07 SG, big improvement in sound over the stocks. Sold the stock speakers on E-Bay for $55, which made the total cost about $45. Go for it!
The best money I spent on my bike. I have the front speakers only and my wife has no problem hearing them in the back. I have not had any problem with distortion. Go for them you won't be sorry.
I went with the Hog tunes amp. Yes, the numbers do not look that big but it has a feature called Bass plus which gives more volume and bass at highway speed. It's like when changing the speakers, you do not hear that much difference till you hit the highway. The other thing is that Pez knows his stuff and is very willing and able to help should you have a question or problem. You don't always get that from merchants.
I'm brand new to this forum (just registerd),and glad to hear all the positive comments on the hogtunes. I'm waiting on delivery of a front set for my '06 EG Classic.
