I just installed the amp in my bike and I think that the $300.00 ($100 speakers, $200 amp) made the difference I was looking for. You'll have to put the fairing back on to get the full effect as this seals up the speaker enclosure. Kind of like closing the trunk of a car. When I first hooked up the amp and did a preliminary test I wasn't totally convinced- then I put the fairing back on. My first test song was ZZ Top "Waitin' For The Bus" and the bass is KICK ***!!
I don't think you'll be disappointed. Just talk to Pez.
Thanks for the info. I will order them this week. Beautiful day in Central Texas today.Just got back from a great ride. I only wish I had the Hogtunes already!
If your really into listening to better quality music and have the spare greenbacks they are worth it. I really didn't have a problem with the stock speakers on my 06 Ultra as I only listen to the radio when I'm putt'n around city streets. They are a good product that is easy to install and they stand behind them with great service.
