+1 on the propad flag set up been flying mine for 5 years now. And I bought them for under a $100.00.Not sure about the black though you could always paint them using plastidip covers well and almost idiot proof.

got the propad folding pole , nice , you won't be sorry and look good , just don't know about BLACK , why not chrome , is your rack black ?

Yes it is. I hate polishing chrome. I would rather spend my time riding or just sitting around relaxing.
