Went from a 11 WG to a Road Glide custom, never looked back. I did love the WG but the Road Glide or any other touring model has so much more to offer to someone who rides a lot.

Better by far for Two Up riding
Storage, I also ride to work often so this helps a lot.
Ride comfort
Just to name a few

Go do it!!! I went from a SuperGlide to my RoadGlide Ultra and have not regretted it at all. You better jump on it soon as they will be disappearing soon and not coming back until 2015.

Nope, D.... gone.

I've got mine, so it's no concern to me ('11 RGU.)

Look at it this way... we're ridin' collectors items.

Guess my 11 will just have to last a very long time then. Hey Beav, someday when we can't hold them up anymore, we can turn them in to trikes!

Man, enjoy your RG. I was going to get one next month, but I got a deal on a SG that I couldn’t pass on. Rack up the miles on that shark nose! I hope they come back.

For instance, the Dyna had some limitations when it came to storage for long hauls. Even though I made many long trips with the Dyna, which included camping, with all of the gear, I have done the same with the RG and it was just plain better. The bags were larger, suspension smoother, even the accessories, like the luggage rack could accommodate more items because of the size. The RG also is a dream to ride on highways. The Dyna was a flat out crazy ride at 80 MPH, especially passing trucks, where the RG is smooth as glass. I often have found myself going 80-90 MPH without even realizing my speed! The RG is equally great around town doing some bar hoping. I am a fan.... GO FOR IT!

I switched from a 2010 Fatbob. Agree with everything else you said.
