se 255s, no difference
Did they tell you they couldn't dyno your teike ahead of time? If they did why did you use them? Or why didn't you get an auto tune fueler like my Thunder Max?
If they didn't, take the trike back to them and tell them to make it run right.
How did they get hp and torque readings if they didn't have a trike capable dyno?
I won't even get into asking why the hell you decided on a street / EPA legal 255 cam....

I have 255's also and very similar TQ and HP numbers. Albeit i have a 96". I do agree that there is a better cam than the 255 for the 103 but it is still no slouch. With my wife on the back, 120lbs I can definitely feel a difference in power. I can only imagine the parasitic loss with the 2 car tires in back, not even taking into account the 2+ extra wives you're lugging around!

I have the 255's myself.
When you find the right tune on it, you better hang on!
Should be a growling beast!

1. The Trike is heaver
2. The Trike has more friction to over come with both the extra tires and the drive train
3 Your engine probably is not properly tuned.
I would bet that even if you were making the exact same power as a bike the Trike would feel considerably slower. If you want to get te most out of your build either find a place that can dyno the Trike or buy a tuner that can "auto tune". If you already have a PC call Fuel Moto and see if they still have the trade in deal and get a Power Vision with a base MAP from Jamie and then do some data runs and self tune.
