Its 07 done 13K miles, picking it up Saturday morning, can't wait :-) I do have a screen, sissybar and rider backrest with it. I was very lucky with the price, also you don't see many about in the red & black pearl paint
Looking to change the wheels next, but not sure what to get, love Fat Daddy 50 spokes but reluctant to buy a pair as you can't see the rear wheel.
The only other thing I'm changing this week is to add a biketronics rear-brake-turn module and a pair of fender tips
After alot of google'n I found this used. Only afterwards didI backtrack it to (see alhall88's LINK } Bubba something
There are some solo seats out there with rails ,
A little trimming, sanding then paint and then I will post some pics up. A newbbie here so bare with me Thanx
That Legends (Bubba) set up is like $600+, it looks good. They could have come up with a chrome cover made out of metal the way the older FLHs had them, and chromed it for the price they want.
I may look into it, but it looks good that's for sure.
The web site says $800. I assume that includes the seat rail, but still thats a lot for a plain black seat. I've been looking for just a seat rail that I could somehow attach to my mustang solo.

Legends site says $649.
You can buy the seat the seat rail by itself at J&P Cycles, but it will not mount to a frame mounted seat. However, a guy fabed up the same seat rail to a frame mounted seat, not sure how, some cutting and welding and rechroming I guess. Pic is included, he sold this Panhead copy on eBay awhile back, I've searched for the guy online to no avail.
There is an other guy that makes a nice seat rail, better than the Corbin one, but he only makes a few a year, I'm still waiting on mine.
Thanks for the info, I might go the spring mount seat route eventually, I'd be too scared to weld anything to the bike. Love the look but not enough to make it a permanent thing.
This is my new Road King and I love it, the only changes I have done so far is change the bars and added bullet turn signals, love 'the look' , just need to get more funds to change the wheels, not sure what to yet.
Very Nice! What kind of bars and has the tank been painted or logo changed?
Thanks
Rod

I've also been looking at the police air ride seats, but I don't know anything about them or even if they would go on a regular FLHR. It looks like that big luggage rack/ license plate mount thing you see on the police bikes is somehow a needed part of the seat too. I like the look of the saddle but not the rest of it.
