I see some wonderful additions here; certainly, the impetus for many of my additions were derived from this thread! So, I discovered these interesting Arlen Ness 'retro' upper fork sliders and have pondered the idea of installing them on my king. I think they would help break the chrome of the front end, once I install the chrome fork kit. They are pricey. However, if I am to install front chrome forks and double cartridge suspension, it would be the best use of time to switch the sliders.
