Where did you get the chrome trim around your seat? I've looked for exactly that part for my '99 and haven't had any luck. While we're at it, the guards around your saddle bags? Love that look!
I've done a few things to it like adding the police seat, windshield, and such. Whitewalls were a must! LoL....
I even went and took those V&H 4.5-inch tubes off the back and replaced them with some 2015 Ultra take-offs. Yes, it is MUCH quieter. And I don't mind.I like the look better. I'll hold onto the boom tubes just in case the neighbors get a little too much sleep.
I think the police seat goes well with the leather bags and kind of gives it that "classic" look. I figure this will likely be a long-term relationship so I wanted to make it mine.

I've always had good luck finding them at the Chrome Shops at many truck stops. Maybe not H-D branded, but they work and you won't have to pay the Harley tax! Hope it helps!
