In an effort to keep this thread alive, here are some pic of my recently bought RKC 2011 Candy Root Beer. First Harley after riding 9-10 years with a VFR800. Can't help myself but damn that I love the Road King Classic.
Don't know all the modifications done to the bike since I bought it from a gentlemen that inherited it but basically stock except for the seat (Mustang) and couple of chrome accessories here and there. I'm debating with myself between 14'' or 16'' ape handlebars and looking the change the exhaust (slip on) but that will pretty much be it.
I didnt do any favors to my 2002 “classic look” by putting hard bags on and swapping the spoked wheels out with road glide wheels, but I didnt like the soft bags and related security issues with them or the constant spoke maintenance. I did put a true Corbin “solo” seat on it and custom two tone paint job with Harley “V” on gas tank, ultra wide “big" Johnson beach bars, all SS lines, kept whitewalls ..... not sure yet what I want to do about re-badging -
It is comfortable. I have done 350 miles in a day with no discomfort. I haven’t done multiple days of long distance riding so I don’t know how comfortable it would be in that regard.

I wasn't able to see a white seat just like yours on the website (or anything with studs like you have them), did they do a custom one for you? Sure looks great! And, did you get the gel foam? Thanks again for the info.

Only the color was custom ordered. The studs were an afterthought and I added them myself. I didn’t like how plain the seat looked when I got it. Yes I did get the gel foam.
