Mine would always stay on the same media type until I upgraded to 8.11. Maybe the next release will fix it. I haven't tried to go back - I guess it doesn't bother me that much....
So yours does it too, huh? At least I'm not alone. I wonder if 8.09 is still available and what issues were "fixed" by 8.11? Geez, they fix something with an upgrade and then break something else.

Sounds like is uses a Microsoft operating system... with all of the patches

They keep it a big secret from the customers for some reason. But there's usually someone on here connected with a dealer who will post that info.
