just for reference purposes, the front wheels on the hd all have virtually the same overall diameter. from the 16, to 17, 18, and even 19 cvo, all the same.
the 18 inch rear will have about a 3/4 inch difference, which will raise the rear of the bike 3/8 of an inch.
