I already have a 3 hole punch so I just bought a 3in 3 ring binder and did my own (albeit slowly since you can only do a few pages at a time). I believe Office Depot or Staples will punch it for you but I honestly don't know the cost.

fedex/kinkos. May wish to consider having them just cut the binder and poke holes for 3 ring binder. Takes just a minute for their machine to cut and poke.
Reason: The 3 ring binder allows you to remove pages to copy, fax or scan.
*You can take your own three ring binder to the shop if you want to save a $1 or $2 or want greater selection from some place else. Get a 3 ring binder with the clear pocket up front so you can place a photocopy of your manual cover in it.

The 3 ring binder is a good idea. I have heard in the past that they laminate the pages, I would want to do that for longevity. Do they laminate to?

I got the plastic spiral binding from Fedex/Kinkos, it was not more than $15.

Three ring binder and plastic sleeves are what I did. Took the book down and had back cut off. Put each page in a sleeve. Took two binders, but makes it nice to take page out and copy it if you need to.
