Last time I tried, Harley did not provide a way to email them about service questions. No 800 number either, if I remember correctly. This arose because their instruction sheet included with new brake pads had incorrect instructions for front wheel installoation that I followed, causing me to lose brake fluid. I finally called them to notify them of the error. A rep returned my call two days later and told me they were aware of the error, and I could get correct instructions at the dealer. Didn't even say thank you for letting us know. What really hacked me off was the mistaken instruction sheet had been printed several years earlier, and was still beingenclosed with brake pads made within the last 6 months.
