I'm finally in the last stages of getting my new 2007 SG. Down to the last couple of weeks and I want to order a very comfortable seat with a drivers backrest included. As I've been off the HD brand for about 12 years, I'd like to hear some new opinions on seats.
I've had Mustang and now ride on a Corbin(too hard in my opinion) and I'm looking at the Saddleman line like Explorer or the Road Sofa.
Any others out there that will give all day riding comfort?
Thanks in advance
bh...is that what is on your bike?? i have been looking at the bucket seat one for some time and wanted to see it on a bike. rode a demo with it and thought it was awesome. felt like a backrest just from the seat depth. that was back in august and i cant remember what it looked like.
bh...thanks, seat looks pretty good. has anyone ever had the Side Kick custom seat from harley?? something comfortable for long rides and not too big.
I have the Sidekick on the Crusader. I love the look and the position it puts me in (lower and further back). I am 5'7' and after a slight mod I madeto the seat its great! As for long distance 3 or more hours I put the factory seat back on and may even invest in a rider backrest. I found it a bit hard on my A** and lower back (that may be me) after 3hrs or so. Overall I love the look and dont go on long trips as of yet so for getting around town and an hour here and there its great! DI75 has a similuar version and loves it.
