Loose spokes on rear wheel, making front end hop?

Who'da thunk it? Musta felt like riding one of those off center wheeled bikes the shriners ride in their parades! Glad ya got it sorted...

Given the bike's age, I would have guessed worn fork springs.

Possibly a leaking seal making one part of the rotorslippery and the pads grabbing on the clean part.
