Off topic but 255s work ok in 96 & 110s because they have lower compression than 103s. But they still leave a lot on the table compared to good non EPA cams. In 103s they have starting, ping and heat problems. I know there are lots happy folks with them out there, but there are way better choices. If I had to run SE cam in a stage 1 103 it would be 204s and high lift rockers but they do say for race only. The new stage IV kit is a good boost and keeps the warranty if ya do it when ya get the bike.

If it was me I'd go with the SE 254e cams they will out preform the SE 255 cams
according to Harley Davidson. the 254e cams are made for the EFI bikes. If your
thinking about bumping your compression later I'd wait and do it all at once, but
if you are not, I'd go ahead and do the SE 254e cams now now

That makes perfect sense.

The stage IV is for off road only. They do work good though if you use the right tune or have it dynoed. If memory serves me they are around $2500 and come with the SE259 cam, SEPST tuner, 10.5 compression, 58 MM throttle body, 5.3 injectors. That is parts only price.
