Valve knowledge!!
I did rebuild on my 07 Road king and I have True Dual VH on there I was wondering why do I get a consistent exhaust pressure out of the right side and inconsistent one on the left tailpipe. My tach flutters also. Don't recall doing valves during rebuild. Or could it be simpler. Any valuable input is welcome. Thanks

I have been told that on the stock exhaust system, most of the exhaust goes out the right side, the left side has a lower flow by design. The left side also is a sound "conditioner" for the system and helps give the sound its character. My right side runs hotter than the left and this explanation would seem to justify that. A compression check would verify valve "health".
About the only suggestion I have for the tach is to check for loose or poor connections in the wiring, with extra attention to anything you disconnected when doing the work.
